Locked out, or lost your passkey? Sign in with your password and use an emergency recovery code, or call the out-of-hours ICT support number in your printed continuity pack. Portal administrators cannot recover a password over email.

This portal is hosted independently of Microsoft 365 and uses its own credentials. Your Microsoft password will not work here, which is deliberate — it means the portal stays reachable when Microsoft services are not.
